The Salvage Of The World War 2 American Tank

Location: Slapton Sands, Devon, UK.

Information:
This American World War II tank was successfully salvaged using JW Automarine's 10 tonne Parachute style lifting bags. The Tank was raised sufficiently in order to have it brought closer to shore while the tide was in. Later in the evening when the tide was out, the tank was left high and dry.
